$399

Microblading: Natural, Defined Eyebrows That Last

Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique designed to create the appearance of fuller, more defined brows. Using a fine blade, our expert estheticians deposit pigments into the skin, mimicking the natural hair strokes of your brows. The result is a perfectly sculpted, natural-looking brow that enhances your facial features and complements your unique style.

Why Choose Microblading?

  • Natural, Hair-Like Strokes: Microblading creates realistic, fine hair strokes that blend seamlessly with your natural brows.

  • Custom Shape & Color: We carefully design your brows to suit your facial features and desired style, ensuring the perfect shape and color.

  • Long-Lasting Results: Enjoy beautiful brows for 1-2 years with minimal maintenance. Touch-ups ensure your brows stay flawless.

  • No More Daily Fill-In: Wake up every day with perfect brows, without the need for pencils, powders, or gels.

The Microblading Process

Your microblading session will begin with a consultation where we discuss your brow shape, color preferences, and the overall look you want to achieve. Once we’ve designed the perfect shape, we’ll use a small, sterile blade to apply the pigment, creating natural, fine hair strokes. The procedure takes about 1.5-2 hours, with minimal discomfort.

Is Ombre Powder Brows a Tattoo ?

WHAT ARE COMBO BROWS?
Combo brows use two permanent makeup techniques: microblading and machine shading to create a more defined eyebrow. This is good for clients who prefer well-defined brows and or clients who have dark but patchy brows.

WHAT ARE OMBRE BROWS?
Powder brows use only machine shading to create a powdered effect. This technique is great for clients who want a well-defined brow tattoo or a makeup look to their eyebrows. It is good for all skin types, especially oily skin with large pores.

HOW LONG DOES PMU EYEBROWS LAST?
Semi Permanent Eyebrows typically last two to three years for most people before they need a touch up depending your lifestyle. Expose to sun, excess sweating, facial treatments, facial creams, and other factors may cause them to fade faster resulting in 6months to year touch up. Microblading is best for Dry to Normal Skin Types.
Ombre Brows last 2-3 years before needing a touch up. Ombre Brows are best for all skin types including Oily Skin.
Cosmetic tattoo treatments are considered permanent and will not wash off — however, they will fade over time and may need to be refreshed every 12 months to 15 months. Those who do not follow aftercare instructions properly may require more frequent touch-ups.

DOES IT HURT?
Karen is a permanent makeup tattoo artist who uses two different types of numbing to help alleviate any discomfort. Clients describe the pain as minimal/mild but nothing intolerable . Having this service performed during your menstrual cycle may increase discomfort during the microblading process.

FREQUENT MISCONCEPTIONS OF POWDER BROWS TECHNIQUE
One of the common questions we face is ‘will the eyebrows look fake’? The answer is no – powder brows are not a classic tattoo, because the needle never shades the brows at such depth. The powder technique is gentle, much less invasive, and the technique itself does not allow the pigment to enter deep into the skin. All the more so, the brows will never look too dark, quite the opposite! Eyebrows will be accentuated, airy and above all – natural.
The goal is to make your eyebrows shaded and defined, without the frequent need for retouching and using eyebrow pencils. Powder technique is also very versatile; if you prefer a more natural appearance of the brows, they are shaded lighter for a more airy, powdery look. If you are however a supporter of pronounced, defined brows, powder technique achieves the desired appearance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR EYEBROW TATTOOS TO HEAL?
Your eyebrows will take approximately 10-14 days to heal. During that week, we encourage you to let them naturally exfoliate off. This means keeping them out of water, sweat, steam, etc. Once the scabbing phase passes, your eyebrows will appear lighter, and their true color should come out after four weeks. As long as you’re good at following the aftercare instructions, there shouldn’t be a problem going to work or being out in public.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
The appointment usually takes two hours, and most of the time is spent going over drawing the shape of your eyebrows and selecting the right pigment color in order to ensure that your eyebrows turns out perfect.

CAN I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
The consultation and procedure are both done in the same day, unless you have existing permanent makeup or more questions you want to ask in person please contact beforehand to schedule a consultation.

YOU'RE TOO EXPENSIVE, I FOUND SOMEONE CHEAPER.
Semi Permanent Eyebrows are an extremely meticulous permanent cosmetic procedure, and costs vary from artist to artist. Remember, this is your face, and the procedure is permanent. Karen has trained with some of the top permanent makeup artists. When looking for an eyebrow tattoo artist, do not nickel and dime your face. Please research local makeup tattoo artists, and most importantly, look at their work and Licensing before you book an appointment. Paying less upfront might end up costing a lot more in the long run to fix. Karen does charge an $100 upcharge for correction work.

CAN YOU DO YOUR OWN EYEBROWS?
Absolutely not. Performing such an invasive procedure on your own face can scar you for life. In order to achieve ideal results semi permanent eyebrows, proper stretching of the skin is extremely important, which works together with adequate pressure. Without proper stretching, you will harm your skin and most likely cut too deep and cause undesired scarring.

IS THIS PROCEDURE PERMANENT?
Because the color is implanted into the upper dermal layer of the skin and cannot be washed off, microblading and ombre brows is considered permanent. However, the pigment is implanted more superficially than a traditional tattoo, making it fade over time and requiring future touch ups.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Do not work out 48 hours before the procedure.
*Discontinue any use on the face of retinol, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and alpha hydroxyls, as well as any chemical anti-aging exfoliants, eyebrow growth serums, or any "brightening" skin care products at least two to three weeks prior to your microblading procedure. These products thin the skin and do not produce good healed results.
Botox and dermal fillers should be avoided at least two to three weeks prior to the procedure.
Avoid sun and tanning beds at least two weeks prior to your appointment because when your skin exfoliates a sunburn, it will take the pigment with it.
Do not take any Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin, or Advil within 48 hours of your appointment.
Avoid blood thinning supplements, like garlic, turmeric, vitamin E and fish oils.
Do not consume alcohol within 24-48 hours before procedure, and do not consume caffeine the morning of your appointment.
No brow waxing, tinting, or threading at least one week prior to your appointment.
Come with your brows penciled in so we can see how you like and are used to having them.

*Any skincare products for youth, repair, anti-aging, wrinkles, acne, tone correcting, brightening, etc. are likely to have these ingredients, do not use them anywhere on the face 3-4 weeks prior to procedure.

WILL YOU DRAW THE SHAPE ON FIRST?
Yes, we won’t start the microblading process until you agree with the color selected and the shape.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP AFTER ?
Do not wear makeup on the brows for at least two weeks after your procedure, but everywhere else is fine.

IS THE SECOND APPOINTMENT NECESSARY?
For emu, at least two appointments are needed initially, at least four to six weeks apart. Touch-ups are done no earlier than five weeks after your initial procedure and no later than twelve. If you do not schedule your eyebrow tattoo touch-up within twelve weeks, you will be required to pay the touch-up fee outlined in the touch-up schedule. It is absolutely imperative to complete the touch-up treatment. Without it, the results will not be optimal. At the permanent makeup touch-up, we assess the color retention and make adjustments as necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. If your cosmetic tattoo does not heal perfectly the first time, do not worry! We can always go bolder and add more density as well as correct any irregularities in the microbladed hair strokes during the touch-up.

HOW WILL MY EYEBROWS LOOK RIGHT AFTER THE PROCEDURE? DO I NEED TO GO HOME AND HIDE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS?
They will look great! They may be a little darker for a couple of days, but you shouldn't experience any bruising and will only have very minimal swelling. You can go out to dinner the same day — just don't drink alcohol because it makes you sweat, bleed (unlikely), bruise, and worse of all, it leads you to make questionable decisions like touching your eyebrows with dirty hands!

DOES MICROBLADING HURT AFTERWARD?
The eyebrow tattoo area can be a little sore for the first few hours, and it is not uncommon for it to be tender for a few days.

CAN YOU WORK OVER AN EXISTING TATTOO?
Yes. However, the old tattoo must be significantly faded for the new work to show through and look natural. If you do have an existing tattoo, we recommend that you submit a picture to our permanent makeup artists so we can determine whether you are a good candidate.

I HAD MY EYEBROWS DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE, CAN YOU DO A TOUCH UP?
If you have gone elsewhere and need a touch-up, the full price will be charged.
